Anyone got this from Mitsubishi? Does it work on track? Can it be installed without aero kit?

are speaking of the brake air guides that get installed on the A-arm?

I'm using them. Dont have test tempes to say how well but the idea looks good.

here is the direct link from Mitsubishi USA. I'm reallying think to get this (or I have to do a homedepot made brake duct) if this one can be installed without aero kit.

Nope. Unless you ask for it to be installed.

Correct.

^+1

The manual (somewhere) states something along the lines of "the lower front lip on the aero package requires these brake guides". I think the lower aero pkg front lip actually reduces the air going over the brakes so these are needed to keep things cool.

They *should* be included in the aero kit. They're just hard to see. I didn't see them until i was under the car for an oil change. They're not all that large and are black plastic surrounded by other black plastic.

Missing 33% of my drivers side. I may be wrong but I think they have a snap line, so if you just nick something it doesn't take the whole thing off.

I just noticed this on my car recently. Didn't know that was just an aero package thing. Good to know.

yeah we need to make a group buy and get someone to make then from Al, I liv eon gravel and I'd like the guides but plastic or CF will just get destroyed on my roads.
