This is dumb, but I name my cars, and was wondering if anyone else had names for their lancer. My Eclipse was Emily because my license plate ended MLE, and my Evo's name is Evie.

The Stormtrooper... I know many have been calling the WW X's stormtroopers for a long time, but I did a custom badging on the back of mine a loooooong time ago, like the beginning of February or the end of January, somwhere in that time frame. I got it from a guy who was making a video of my car and rapping about the "stormtrooper car" while I was coming out of a restaraunt lmao.

In the Navy all ships are called "she". i.e. She's a good ship. I just followed that tradition with my cars.

I call my car "the Evo" but not pronounced "eee-vo." Me and my buddies say "eh-vo" (like the way you pronounce the beginning of Evolution).

We were watching some DVD or TV show about Evos and that's the way the British narrator kept saying it, which we thought was pretty funny. We also call it a "Mitsubushi" because I think that's what Nicky Grist used to called it on occasion.

Her name is Tabitha. B/C the woman voice from the GPS NAV sounds mean as hell and she always yells at me because I make wrong turns. It's as if her voice is my car speaking, if that makes any sense. Definately a Tabitha...ha ha ha

I drive one of those Chevy SUVs. I was gonna call it blaze, and then I was thinking laser. But the name they gave it kinda fit. Blazer.It doesn't blaze many trails... Mostly it takes me to work, and to the mall, and "Mall Blazer" sounds like some kind of arsonist

She was going to be named Eleanore before I got her but that name was bad luck just like in "Gone in Sixty Seconds" so Eve became the name.Now all my friends asks me,"hey how's Eve?" even before they ask how I'm doing whenever they see me. And they're sincere about it too! No eye rolling at all.

I named mine after the month I bought it (May) but I kept picturing Aunt May from Spiderman which translated to being old and slow. No way I could stand for that so I changed it to Maya. Now it sounds exotic, fast, and hot. :)
