Any buddy else happen to notice all that is with a drop in filter?
I guess they can make at least that much HP ;)

do you really lose that much power from the crank to the wheels?

davidiii

at least that much...20% or so for 4 wheel drive

How do they test your engine HP without hooking your engine up directly to an engine dyno? If they are spinning your car on a dyno, and telling you the numbers they got are at the flywheel, i wouldnt trust them.

I think this is the type of Dyno that did his readings on.

I ran the ARC intakebox at first but it messed up the airflow so the car worked better with stock box and HKS dropin.

My tuner JRM Racing are for sure one of the best EcuTek tuners out there. They have retuned it 40times to reatch these results, thats some hard work.

ahh.. so its 380 at the wheels? not as impressive anymore. sorry. this is easily done on the stock turbo with about 3 more psi of boost from jester tuning.

JaPe

Boost peak at 25Psi and sits at 22Psi at higher revs.

If you look at the bottom of the 1st dyno chart .. you see tractive loss ..
minus that from the hp to get your wheel hp ..

at 7500rpms it looks to be about 120hp loss thereabouts ..

I don't understand the airbox messing up the airflow part :D

So what's the deal with this? How much fuel can the oem pump handle? Shouldn't you get the walbro or something?
