Well just as most other people around, my clutch started to go out yesterday. This wouldn't have been too bad of a thing, except that in about 3 days I'm moving to California, and obviously I'm taking the Evo lol. So I needed to get ahold of a clutch fast. I called up JNZTuning and got ahold of Paul, and he jumped through his arse to find me a clutch and overnight it to me at a VERY decent price. It got here today (well sort of, they had an attempted delivery notice on the door so I have to pick it up from their warehouse this evening... my wife was home all day, Fedex has been aweful for me lately) and I'll be putting it in tomorrow so that I have a worry free drive out to Cali.

I just really wanted to commend JNZTuning and Paul for being very nice to work with, and willing to help me without any problems. I explained my situation and they jumped right on it and helped me get exactly what I needed. I was in contact with them throughout the day getting updates on finding things, processing of everything as well as shipment. I appreciate your help with everything and being so corteous and honestly showing you care about the customer. Thank you!

good to know they seem like very stand up guys from their forum activity :) Plan on using them to PC my wheels soon :)

Glad to see the order made it out to you in that hectic time frame.
I think everyone in our company has been in a situation similar to what you were dealing with at some point. We try to take care of all our customers the same. But we knew you were obviously in a bind with moving and the car going down at the same time and having to deal with a drive that long on a shot clutch.
Just happy to help and give a bit of personal service as opposed to some of the "Wal Mart" type vendors that have been invading the industry of late.
