: would more intake ducting be beneficial? bradze 03-21-2009, 07:50 PM just got a RR evo x MR, wondering if i extended the intake ducting right to top opening of front grille if id benefit. i see some people replace that exterior plastic piece right in front of the hood and on top of grill with a piece that already has cutout. just dont want to spend money. any help would be appreciated. Haven't gotten around to it yet though. I'm guessing it won't make much difference. Maybe lean out the AFR by like, 0.05 to 0.1.
