i just got tuned, if i add any more parts would i damage the car? i want to add a testpipe intercooler downpipe

You'll be fine, but you won't get the true potential of the parts until you get tuned again with the new parts on.

The only danger you would ever have would be to add parts that increase air flow dramatically (intake stuff), which could cause an unusually lean condition under boost. However, such a thing would be pretty challenging to do and not be aware that you were doing it.
