When the X first came out I liked the looks of the IX so much more. Now I seem to be swinging towards liking the looks of an X more then the two prior gens.

Everybody is really still moving in, the neighborhood still has lots of houses going up. my garage was empty because my cars were in the street!:)

By the way there is another car show may 16 at The Lot in St Peters I think it starts at 4. It's usually pretty big, last year the 1 I attended had like 400 cars. 50/50 on imports and domestics

yea whats the average cost of a house around there? I planning on moving once i get my degree. thats pretty hot they all three of yall got evos

I think right now base price on a house in my subdivision is 140ish, I bought mine before the recession hit(wish I had waited 6 mo)and I got a lot of options and we came in just under 190. Also depends which floor plan you choose, the base floor plan is 1400 sq ft not including basement or garage.
