While attempting to install a stupid motorized hide-away license plate frame, I cracked a fuse in this box in the engine bay. Looking through service manuals, I found that it's called a fusible link, and it powers in-cabin electronics.

I currently do not have power to my MMCS, windows/locks/mirrors, A/C, heat, and license plate lights. When I put the red plastic cover back on this terminal, I guess it squeezed the fuse together, enough to power these electronics again. When the cover is off, I lose power.

If anyone has a part number, or knows if this fuse can just be soldered back together, I would appreciate the input. Here is the damage:

The top right corner, just below the cracked plastic, is the fuse that snapped in half. I'm hoping I can just have this soldered back together and all will be well. The car runs fine and there is no SES light or anything.
