That must be what it is - The last few times that I was at Forged Performance I actually had conversations with the other guys in the waiting area and it turned out that 2 of the 3 guys were from Florida while the other one was from Valdosta (almost Florida). It is nice having a reputable Evo shop close to home.

Last week I was there having tbe/intake/uicp/bov installed and Ive NEVER seen them so busy! They have outgrown that building. They still have the Venom 1000 there and some guy was showing off his LFA as well.

Yeah I was in there last Friday and had to park right up against traffic on 41. They should push the fence in the rear of their building back around part of Southern Poly's parking area for the staff at Forged. :) The way it is now there is basically one or two spots open out front for customers.

I actually just recently saw a couple of LFA videos that were taken at Forged Performance. So far there have been at least two LFA's to visit the shop (silver and yellow). Wish I knew the story as to why they stopped by..

lol, Yes i have a warranty on the car but it doesn't handle anything with the freaking clutch. :( .... Anyways yes i was already planning on upgrading to a Spec Stage 2+. I just need to find a place that will do it for a lot cheaper then figure out how to get the car there to install it :). I got the light pulley today in the Mail and also got the AEM AFR gauge last week on thursday so now i have 3 parts besides the clutch that need to be installed. Now if i can get the evo's clutch fix then probably go ahead and install the down pipe, the light wheel pulley and at least run the wire for the afr gauge soon. At the end of next month i get my bonus so i am expecting to at least spen about a grad in car parts alone. Defnitley a test pipe, maybe some cams. If i decide to go cams then there might be a trip to atlanta sometime next month or october for them to tune the car. I'll obviously get everything installed by me and some awesome help from you guys then probably head up to get the tune. If not that then who knows what the evo might be gifted with. Maybe some dress up parts!!! Who knows defniltey willing to take advice.

yeah spec stage 2+. PMed Ma Performance and they are willing to give me a pretty good deal on a clutch. I know that mitsubishi won't do it for free but the other warranty might cover it.

Well got the clutch via ups today and instantly drove it up to Savannah Mitsubishi. Car should be on the mend tomorrow.

Well tomorrow the evo is going to be done would have been done but the lummox at the dealership basically took all morning trying to get the flywheel out of the transmission. Once it was out i had told my wife to tell him to make sure the flywheel got resurfaced and they took the rest of the day to resurface. SO from 1300 to 1800 they were resurfacing the flywheel but oh well it will be done tomorrow then it's evo time. First to break in the clutch for the first 500 and then it's on like donkey kong.....................:godance::godance::godance::godance::godance::godance:

No brother wound up they took to much off when they resurfaced the flywheel so now i pretty much have to wait another dam week while they get a shim behind the flywheel. Really freaking sucks.

I wound up getting a spec stage 2+ clutch. I wanted something that could handle a little bit more power especailly when i drop some cams and later on when i get my turbo build going on.

I have read a lot of different reviews here on the forum and from what i have it seems like it's the feel is the same as stock and it grabs 10x better.

Well just got off of the phone with the service guy and i'll be getting the evo back tomorrow baring any problems with the test drive in the morning. so freaking excited to have her back. This weekend is going to be fun get to put on that dp, and the agency pulley.

So i fixed the beast and now it's boosting into the normal levels and now to figure why it's so hard to get into gear some of the time.

Its probably just the clutch needs to break in a little, once that happens it might loosen up.

Damn well day 1 done of the epic install of the down pipe. I could have sworn that i was just going to shoot the damn stock down pipe but thankfully wildix was able to get that freaking last bolt. pain in the freaking a$$!!! Well tomorrow should be alright were going to install the down pipe and probably at least get the afr gauge installed and maybe wait on the pulley. We shall see tomorrow.

Well thankfully the rest of the install went fine gave the Evo a nice added rumble. Bought a hfc and should have it by the end of the week then back to install it and finally be done with the exhaust. Later this month ill be figuring out what I want to get for the Evo. I am thinking Apr front carbon fiber splutter. Then either came or just save up the extra money and get cams and a tune around December January time frame..

Hey whats up guys, I'm the other guy riding around post with the OB X lol sorry about not meeting u guys this past weekend, i was out of town with some tech issues with my ecu...:duh:

that sucks, hopefully you can resolve that issue, pretty sure imbranu might be going thro the same problem.

i went and got the dtc disable codes dropped in this weekend by double d motorsports in FL...when we hooked up the laptop we saw it was running a tune by TTP already, so we flashed the car back to a stock rom...now i get p0234, which i know is overboost...but the thing is, we halved the duty cycles on the BCS. and even disconnected the hoses from the BCS and plugged them so it would run just wastegate boost...but the car still hits boost cut...i even tried taking out the heat shield and loosened the actuator arm on the wastegate by two full turns..same issue...is it just a bad wastegate??

we got the issue fixed^! lol its back to stock ecu paramaters tho..which is ummmmm..a no go lol. anyone in the area have a tactrix 2.0 so i can flash a basemap tune??

Well I haven't been on in a while. Since the clutch install things have been going great. Finally got all of my parts i wanted installed and then wound up getting a bike to learn on. I am going to a car show tomorrow if you guys are interested. It starts at 1300 and they have a tuner part of the show. Let me know when you guys want a link up.

Glad to hear things are going good for you bro. Got the evo base tuned and it makes a really big difference. Car spikes 25 psi and settles to ~21 at redline...got some go fast goodies in the mail too... being at division idk if theyre gonna be nice an release us early or not..no word on that yet. shoot me a PM if you dont mind with ur number just in case

Is it just the down pipe and not the 02 housing as well? If it's just the dp and the test pipe that is about an hour job as long as your bolts are good. Also have you gotten an exhaust yet? Yeah i drive around post a lot especially around jag and over by 1-64 lol.
