So I plan on removing the 2 studs that are in my turbo housing and replacing them with bolts. What are you guys using the take the threaded studs out?

They make a stud extractor tool.

If the studs are still in good condition, take 2 nuts and screw them on but not all the way down. Tighten them together then turn the bottom one to remove the stud. Use some PB blaster or similar oil if required.

This, while heating flange near stud is how I usually pull studs out of exhaust manifolds and a couple outlet flanges. Use penetrating lube like Ken mentioned if you don't want to heat it up.
