My GF and I are always looking for new places to eat in and around the Boston area, so I was thinking about starting a thread that details restaurants members have been to along with locations and brief a review.
I'll start with a few and update as I get more free time!

Indian- Bukhara:Jamaica Plain MA-(Good prices & Portions, Excellent food, Easy Parking, Nice atmosphere)

Indian-Desi Dhaba: Cambridge MA-( Ok prices, Buffet available at certain times, Imported beer, Service isnt the greatest but I think that might be a language barrier thing)

Sushi- Fuji: Quincy MA-(Fair prices, Good imported beer menu, off st parking, Ok atmosphere)

Korean BBQ: Brookline MA-( A little pricey, Great food, Really attentive staff, Atmosphere is better than expected)

here are a few of my favorites, atleast close to my house.

traditional mexican, Tu Y Yo - powder house sq in somerville, do go there looking for fajitas and tacos. very good food

american bistro - Gargoyles - davis sq in somerville, great food, constantly changing menu and great drinks

caribbean/ southern - East Coast Grill on cambridge st cambridge, great takes on fish, raw bar, and Hell night is awesome...make sure you have a reservation a couple months in advance...check there website.

Italian - Boccelli's - main st in medford. they were rough around the edges when they openned a few years ago, but have really come around. and inexpensive italian joint, not fancy but have some great dishes. choices of pasta include home made varieties...try the fusilli with calamari in the spicy (aribiatta) sauce.

chinese - china sky - winchester center. beware this maybe the most expesive chinese food around, but it is fantastic. even the fried rice tastes fresh.

um.. I need to check out the Korean BBQ @ Brookline sometime.

Me and my girlfriend usually go to Koreana in Cambridge for Korean BBQ.
