Yes.

I run ECUFlash and EvoScan on my MBP.

You'll need to use Boot Camp, NOT VMWare Fusion or Parallels. I tried it, ROM Read (and probably writing too) crashes, probably due to the USB pass through. It works fine with booting into Windows.

You don't need software, you just need a Windows Install Disk. I'm sure you have one laying around from friends/family/etc.

Run Boot Camp and Install Windows on a newly created partition. Then, when you want to boot into Windows, just hold Option while it starts up.

No need to spend any money at all!

^ That I can't help you with!

If your computer is newer, it came with it in the Software Package!

^ I did a quick search online for student discounts on Leopard. You are a student right? Anyways, apple's pricing + discount is $116, but supposedly, if there is an Apple store on a college campus near you, it should be about $70.

I don't know if this works or not. (I use Vmware Fusion.)
It's free.

Works as good as VMware Fusion and Parallel on the mac.
