just wanted to get everyone's opinions...i'm planning on getting a WGA soon but not sure which one to get, i've heard some horror stories about people using the Forge WGA and detonating...so i'm a bit skurred...the other option i've been looking at is the HKS or Blitz WGA..

I'd honestly just stick with stock unless you are getting a larger turbo.

im going with an E85 Tune, does this matter? I understand it holds boost better.
but i've also been reading that a few people have switched back to stock....
im around 22 psi on boost right now and tapering down to about 17? i'd like to be around 24.5 psi on an E85 tune

The stock WGA will be able to hold that just fine, I'm holding 25.7ish without a problem.

k thanks, i might just stick with the stocker for a while then...that way i can waste money on other parts :D

It won't taper as much on the aftermarket wga's.

i have a forge WGA its made the most difference of anything I have on my car. I hit 24 and taper to 20 with it set at the stock wastegate setting. I made 336whp amd 349 whtq.. fo sho

I voted forge. I've heard of a couple of their wga's seizing, but I think that's isolated.

Fp has a High Pressure WGA.....

Yea, my stock fp wastegate is totally fine. Just sold my forge. Forgot to bring it to the tune, and the guy said it didn't matter.
