what the hell, i catch no ball, is it mean the fan behind the cooler does not help much for cooling?

but if there is a fan behind the cooler, we can on the fan when the car is resting in the pit that can help the oil cool faster right?

Umm isn't the oil cooler behind that fog lamp? Doesn't that HKS cooler block any possible air from cooling the regular oil?

some guys don't like the ssp because it is hanging at the back. i don't like this too. the way it is there in front. i like the ams better.

This isn't true. I believe thesin is installing the front mount from SSP along with a few other members on here. I have the SSP front mount currently installed on my MR!
SSP has a front mount as well and incorporates an additional oil pump to not over strain the oem mechanical...

I was waiting for SSP guys to have a mounting kit for that location and BAM! HKS comes up with a solution! Thanks for the info. I will add it to the list of things to get for my car.

AMS is replacing factory cooler, which is bigger and has a fan behind it that can draw the fresh air through it. con is hard to clean off the dirts collected behind the cooler, it is because there is a metal plate designed to ensure all the air sucked by the fan is from the front of the cooler, this can really cool our oil down. But i am not sure, how much the metal plate helps.

SSP offers a better design with front mount cooler, an additional cooler that run in series with the factory's cooler, but it is near to the air intake and hot air might be driven into engine. but we have efficient intercooler.... SSP also offer oil filters and deep sump design for better heat dissipation.

HKS cooler is an additional cooler but it does not have fan behind it that it cant help to cool oil when car is not moving.

overall.....I think i HKS with additional fan with AMS fan system design at the back will be the best, AMS has metal plate that ensure all the air suck by the fan go through the cooler.
