Anyone received Evo X with SST?
Mine is shipped on Jan 14 from Japan, I wonder if they have resolved the problem. When did they first release SST in Japan.

Yes, the original launch date for the SST was in late Nov 07. This was delayed for about a month. SST was launched in Japan on 20 Dec 07.

nope, the japanese have their SSTs now.

i think what happened is Mitsu knows they can't screw up with the u.s market. so not only is mitsu checking it once but they are double checking (maybe even triple checking) to make sure the SST version will not have any problems.

so basically mitsu is going the extra mile to make sure we (as in U.S costumers) won't get pissed off with overheating, buggy dual clutch transmissions.

Agreed. Although I don't think that the overheating issues were prevelant in anything other than auto-x. Not good for any clutch, but it sure is fun.
