Does anyone on here know of the best way to rip music to the internal HD system on the MMCS? I've discovered the CD to HD rip is perfect, but I tried creating an MP3 CD and it will not rip the tracks from it. I tried ripping it from my iPhone through the AV inputs (didn't thinking it would work), and it didn't.

Any suggestions? Or am I stuck burning MP3s to CD's then ripping them back to the internal MMCS hard drive?

Boost is right, but does anyone remember the format in which the cd is ripped to the MMCS? It seems like Ive read it somewhere, but can't remember. Id like to do a bit of research on it.

subscribed. sure would be nice to stop wasting time burning CDs and just load the songs straight to the HDD. I'd imagine you'd have to remove the HDD and hack into it while it's connected to your PC...

Wish i still have my navi so i could take the HD out and take a look at the directory :(

oh well. i'll just take my time and load the songs i really want. i usually listen to the same crap over and over anyways. a new disc a week and it's golden.
