Alright Kool I got your answer for the question about the Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoids.....

In theory if it was a just a Solenoid changing the Solenoid for a faster responce time will indeed make the Turbocharger spool faster. However based on the the Dual Solenoid Schemantic....

it Indicates that the ECM actually controls the Solenoid based on the 4 sensors and the Set constant ased on the program software...so even if You change the solenoid for a faster responce time You wont see any improvement until you change the constant based on the variables by the software (The Solid black line the levels off between Constant On and Constant Off)

Hope that answers your question Kooldino...

Yup. So in other words, if the software is "hacked" (ie, by a piggyback or a flash of some sort) we can get some quicker spool times.

Sweet!

Correct.

However if the ECU on the EVO X is similar to the RX-8 and its self-adjusting/Learning...Then in order to remedy that problem and "Keep" a tune you'll find where they put the memory and either Bypass the Reprogram date specified by the OEM....Or be a little bit Riskier and Reprogram the Standard programmed tuned yourself...

Or just get a PnP standalone. Either way, there will be options.
