Hey EVO buddy lone time reader frist time posting. Well I went to Mitsubishi dealer today I looks at the Evo X GSR and the sticker price was 40,200 :wtfsign: I was planning to get one out the door 38000.00 boy was I wrong. The sale men would not even work with me. It was also a base GSR no extras. He also said the MR will be 45,000 when it comes out at their dealership. If any buddy can get a better price then that hit me up. I from SO- CAL. BY the way MSRP was 35,000 and mark up 5,000 and didnt say why its mark up.

Yea, unless you know someone who is really willing to be helpful (Thank goodness I have KMX near me) the mark up is going to be insane. It is always like that with evos... They don't make many of them, and people want them. That is the formula for large mark up.

So if you can get to Jersey then I'm sure KMX would help you out!... but I guess you aren't quite close enough for that heh.

Evo has always been low volume seller right? How many evo is Mitsubishi planning to sell in N/A this year?

If you are in So-cal, you should try huntington beach mitsu. They are offering great deals, selling under MSRP.

Fly to Cali and pick one up or have it shipped to you. You have a nice forum sponsor in Cali offering great deals to members. Support the forum, and have a nice new one shipped to your house!

Ignore any dealer that gives you a price that high.....It's rediculous and they know it.
