Sorry to inform every one I spoke with the owner of the Grand Sport Speedway, and he was very concerned with damage to the track do to drifting...The 1st event went good he said, but there were a few places on the track he noticed that were'nt there before. Until further notice there will be no more scheduled drift events at Grand Sport Speedway. NEVRSLO has teamed up with D.D. and 786 motoring to have the event at GGP that say day Feb10th. NEVRSLO will still be providing food for drivers from HOOTERS!!! Hope to see everyone out.http://www.houston240sx.com/forums/images/smilies/049.gif http://www.houston240sx.com/forums/images/smilies/049.gif http://www.houston240sx.com/forums/images/smilies/049.gif

Ahh Calm down just making sure didnt know if it was a misleading advertisment I'd hate to show up at a dedicated Drift event in a FWD car...If I had the EVO it wouldnt be so bad but this is a piddly little Sentra.

Guess I'll have to wash her on the 9th LOL and get the Rear sway installed >_> @_@

While I remember...couple of questions

1. Bring your own helmet or will loaners be one hand (GF wants to come and I want my mother to bring her Mustang GT (YES MY MOM SHES PROBABLY ONE OF THE COOLEST MOMS YOU"LL MEET SO CUT ME SOME SLACK /Rant)) and I have a helmet but they do not.

2. Whats the rule on Ride-a-long...Id hate to bring my gf and have her sit up in the stands all day. (No way in [He who is holier than thou]'s name am I going to let her drive the Sentra shes simply not ready to race in any respect if she had a better grasp on importance of braking maybe but she only knows the gas pedal(great in the 1/4 not in a corner))

bring your own helmet i have one to loan but it is a full face helmet with a big triumphant veiny penis painted on the side aiming at the wearers mouth.(punishment for not bringing your own). no really im dead serious its my loaner helmet.

no ride along. track insurance does not allow for it yet.

but we will allow follow drivers with grip no passing but we allow you to follow and watch eachothers lines.

So theres no passing but reasonably close following in the grip side. Okay. Just making sure thanks for the info.

One more question I just thought of When you pay the driver fee are you paying for the car or for each person driving said car?

Or in car cams (I have a headrest mount for a camera)

you pay for each driver the fee gets one driver one drivers wristband. you may drive a ferrari or a hot airballoon or both as long as itll pass tech.

my buddy jordan is bringing 2 cars both s13s one with a ca18det and the other with a ka and stock suspension.

Oh well if it will be for promotional purposes I'll get more then just the in car shot then (I use that to study and correct errors) I'll video tape everything....Guess I'll have to buy 2 memory cards.

I'm not good with video editing (like putting logos and stuff on the video) But I'll promote it in the description and comment boxs wherever I post it.
