First off I wanted to say hi to everyone this is my first time posting here. I have been a die hard fan of the sti but with the new evo x i cant lie, I like it a lot better than the sti. So I have decided to get the new evo gsr. With that im getting the sss package and the kit for 2k. Since i don't know to much about evo I was wounding if i put a tbe, cold air intake and a tune to about 95% if that would give me numbers around 0-60 in 4.5 or so and should i get a chip and ECU for it? and can i do all that under 3k? Thanks

Well first off, welcome. Secondly, let the market catch up to you desires, from what I've been reading here and elsewhere, with what your listing Tuners are seeing gains of 60+whp with some basic bolt-ons.
