After my car warmed up ,when I drive, I always hear some tuning sounds around 2500RPM and 2900RPM form the engine,I can hear it only close the window, I dont know whats the problem is. Anyone has the same probem? Is it from the BOV?

hm if its the BOV you would hear it more with the windows down. please explain the sounds again.
