Interested on doing this for a friend's setup.

The wastegate mod is the most effective for holding boost. Just turn it in one turn at a time and test. Makes a huge difference in boost holding!! Takes 5 minutes to adjust only.

Any more thoughts? My friend could sure use that information.

I would install the new version of the COBB ATR and software and see if you can disable airflow/torque limit tables.
