Just drove home in my EVO X. I really wanted the white one. I went into the dealership wanting to test drive the X knowing that they did not have a white one. After test driving a graphite grey one...I got the rally red. It looks amazing in person. I bought it from Lewisville Mitsubishi. Rick is the internet sales guy there and he made the whole process very easy. They helped me out on my trade in and got me into the GSR SSS w/Aero, NAVI, and interior package.

Small review:
The Rigidy of the suspension/chassis were the first thing that I noticed on the car. I love how it handles. Stopping power is very impressive. I havent really had the oppourtunity to go fast in the car yet because Im still trying to break in the engine. The owners manual says nothing over 5k rpm for the first 600 miles. I am very happy with the ride quality of the car and the creature comforts. Alot of people have been saying that the interior is cheap on this car. I went in expecting it to be crappy and was pleasantly suprised. The fabrics arent the best but the seats fit me great. The Nav/Music Server is really cool. I havent activated my free Sirius yet. Dont really know if I will or not. I have a ton of music to upload to the car. I was a little disappointed that there is no bluetooth on the nav system. With the aero package I have learned that it is very easy to scrape the side skirts while getting in the car. I saw a car at the dealership that had some scratches on them already. You have to be very careful not to drag your feet when getting in. There is a warning sticker on the inside door jam on my car that says dont step on aero skirt. Thats all that I can think of right now and Im tired so Im gonna goto sleep and dream about my commute tommorow.

Anyways I usually name my cars and I was trying to think of a witty name but I couldnt think of anything. I was thinking maybe a sexy stripper name...lol but Im open to any suggestions. Here are some pictures to help inspire you.

Congrates! Red was my 2nd choice, in person the red is much darker red then what people see in Photo. And the Aero kit really makes this car look nice with the wide body look. Pictures don’t give the Aero kit justice. Have your salesman park one with it on and one without and you’ll see what I mean. The Red with the Aero kit from up top view,

Yeah it has every option available that I know of except the window flair things. Which I thought looked gay anyways. After taxes it was about 42k. I dont have the reciepts in front of me so i dont know the exact number.

I got the ass out the first time today while coming out of a U-turn under an over pass.(ASC and TC off) Still havent got to the 600 mile mark though so Im still not taking it anywhere near redline. When I drive even a little aggressive when my wife is in my current car (i.e. take off fast from a stop or weave in and out of traffic a bit), she grabs onto the door handle for dear life and yells at me to slow down. She's seriously going to hate the Evo! But I don't care, it's my car and I like to go fast. :)
