Bell Mitsubishi review.,

In the following post I am going to describe my experience with the dealership bell Mitsubishi located in Rahway NJ.,

My contact with the dealership was mike ko. Most of you know him as Mr evo, and when he used to work with maywood Mitsubishi. Mike is a very knowledgeable Individual, and will always steer you in the right direction when you need a little guidance with dealership encounters.,

When I contacted mike on we'd afternoon, he pointed me in the direction of Nelson, the assistant service manager. Nelson assured me I was going to be taken care of, and he could actually fit me in tomorrow morning for my laundry list of recall services.,

I arrived at the dealership in the am about 8:30. I was amazed at how nice everyone was, and the overall quality of interior of the dealership. Not once was I asked about buying, looking at, or trading in a car the entire time I was there. (That is a huge plus for me. I see the above as very annoying.)

I filled out some paperwork, handed off the keys, and went in the lobby to lay down, and take a nap.,

A couple hours later all my work was complete, and with great care. I looked over my car, and everything was in the right place. Nothing was scratched, dented, or broken. Very rare do you see a car with a kit come out spotless from a dealership visit. ,,

Overall, the staff was very friendly, the waiting room was comfy, and had sportscenter on. The couch was very comfy, and the vending machine was very reasonably priced both food, and liquid refreshment.,

As a former salesmen myself, I take other dealership and analyze then very carefully. I not only rate them on the type of service, interaction, and the way I am treated. I look at the entire experience as a whole.,

As a result, I would highly recommend bell Mitsubishi to anyone interested ,in having OEM work done to your car.,

Mike and Nelson over at Bell Mitsu are top notch fella's. If only other Mitsubishi dealers were like this one, maybe it would become a profitable company.

Glad we could be of help. I'm even more glad that you liked the couch! That couch has some kind of active ingredient in it that must just put everyone to sleep. LoL. I got them from a speed shop up north that went out of business, so they are carfax 1 owner certified. =)

It's been a rocky road since my departure from Maywood (God, I would love to tell you all the story, but disclosure agreements forbid it) but I love it here at Bell and my staff here is extremely Evo-friendly (just like I tried to make it that way at my previous dealership). Thanks again!

I just got some stuff done on my DD 2003 Diamante over at Bell today as well. They pinpointed the problem and it was covered under warranty which was awesome. I bought both my MR and Diamante there and serviced it there since. They are really nice bunch of guys and gals and I have never had any issues there. I even got my HKS downpipe installed there FREE of charge (bringing food for the service department helps ;) ).

Mike is extremely knowledgeable on cars in general, especially Evos, and they have techs that own Evos and respect other people's cars and take care of them, and are not afraid to service cars that have mods. If the mods are installed improperly, they go as far as pointing it out and help you correct the problem as well. Rob, the tech who actually owns a Diamante himself worked on my car, and he showed me what was done and what to expect. I live in NYC, but I wouldn't trust my car with anybody else and it's well worth the drive. I can't say enough good things about Bell Mitsubishi.
