It's a drift car. JDM elite is a local drift crew. They have some really nice JDM'd up cars. They're all going up to West Virginia this weekend for Drift Nirvana.

The last picture was at a possible new location. Me and 7 other guys left the Sports Authority meet and drove over there to check it out. Awesome place, but the cops would probably kick everyone out.
