Can you get Bluetooth on the GSR? It appears to be standard on the MR, but I can't find mention of it for the GSR. One dealer told me it comes with the Nav system and another told me no, it isn't available.

From what I understood Blue tooth OEM came with the Nav System.
You can order it via the mmc parts catalogue. Let me see if I can find the parts code for you.

You can get it with the Nav System on the GSR, however it struck me as very expensive and not worth the cost.

Does it come with the steering wheel controls like the MR then?

And yes... it is definitely over-priced, but all the OEM ones are. :-P
