any new owners have the front plate mounted? i know most of the pics ive seen of owners show them w/o it., but here in Cali some people have gotten busted

just curious to see how its mounted , i.e. does it mount on a bracket that is connected to the fog light area or is it drilled into the bumper

the license plate mount is very similar to the 9. You have to drill holes and use these rubber expanding washers to mount the plastic license plate bracket to the bumper..
