Simple concept, past a description from a common site like tire rack then add your own pros and cons.

Yokohama Parada Spec-2s

The biggest reason for the PARADA Spec-2’s enhanced performance is its high grip, silica-reinforced tread compound. This new tread compound is molded into an asymmetric, ultra-low void outer shoulder tread design that uses large tread blocks to provide rubber-to-road contact that reduces tread squirm thus enhancing response and dry road cornering control. Massive diagonal tread blocks reach across the tire’s footprint to further increase cornering stability and dry road traction. A solitary, ultra-wide Circumferential Groove helps water flow through the tire while long, helical grooves evacuate water from under the tire’s footprint to increase driving confidence in wet conditions. Internally, twin steel belts are reinforced by spirally-wound nylon strips to provide long-term durability under high speed conditions while reducing weight and providing a more uniform ride quality.

Pro: Great affordable performance tires for warm weather... Will stick when you need them to and provide a great wet weather grip

Con: Tread life is low. With my driving habits I burned through these guys quickly, granted in FL you use them year round.

Good idea for a thread.

Bridgestone Potenza RE750

The Potenza RE750, inspired by the Bridgestone Potenza racing tire, uses an ultra high performance tread compound to enhance dry traction while its directional tread pattern enhances wet traction. Together, the tread compound and tread design help sweep water away from between the tire's contact patch and the road to improve wet grip (earning the highest "AA" UTQG Traction Rating) and reducing the possibility of hydroplaning. The Potenza RE750 has been engineered to reduce road noise, especially when worn, by combining interconnected shoulder blocks with continuous circumferential ribs in the center of the tread design to help reduce the possibility of heel/toe and alternate block wear. Internally, the Potenza RE750's casing and twin steel belts deliver responsive handling and cornering stability. The steel belts are reinforced with spirally wound nylon to provide high speed durability while minimizing weight and maximizing ride qualities. The Potenza RE750 features Rim Guard rubber ridges on its lower sidewalls to function as bumpers to help protect wheels from curb damage.

Pros: Decent treadwear.. I've gotten 1.5 summers out of them and there's still a little bit to go on the (current) front tires before they are at the wear indicators. The rears are much closer to the wear indicators though (I left them on the front for too long). Yes, I've only used them for ~8-9 months, but that's awesome compared to the 180 treadwear tires I had before them.

Cons: too quiet. They make no noise, ever. With my current no front swaybar and racing beat rear swaybar + very rigid clunk fix brackets, the car is extremely tailhappy. Decreasing radius onramp? yeah I'll be in a drift throughout the latter half. They also don't 'snap' loose, it's so gradual that you have no clue it's happening if you aren't paying close attention. A little squeal or something would be greeeat.
