You could do that, and I know that HB Speed will do "email tunes." Also you could look into Mellon Tuning doing the same, but I'm unsure if they will do it with the AP or not.

Mellon Tuning does international tuning via email as well.

So does TTP, my Evo VIII is emailed tuned through them.

correct, we offer remote e-mail and road tunes utilizing ecuflash and evoscan primarily. However, if you can supply wb02 data with your cobb ap data then we can tune those as well.

I am also looking for a tuner in Germany/Switzerland/Italy... basically somewhere in Western Europe.

E mail tune is the way to go .Access-port is not available for EDM cars I think ,so just buy a tactrix and choose a tuner (AMS,Melon,HB) . I live in Europe too (Greece) and I got e-tuned by AMS , I m very pleased with the results .
