Very nice, yet gross :) I'm really liking the light, shadow, & texture in the tuna head. Is that where you work? Is your camera a new appendage, lol?

Yep, tuna are huge fish. You wouldnt know from canned tuna meat but I seen them swimming around in an aquarium and *wow* they are the size of cows. Tuna is not chicken of the sea. Tuna is beef of the sea.

They are gigantic and they fetch a very large price tag each when they're caught. You wouldn't think that given the price of a can of tuna either. People usually think they're smallish until they see one. My first time I thought it was just a freakishly large tuna but then found out it was small for its size. LOL!!

Now I want tuna steak..

Fishstix - is your father in the sushi biz too? Is it his business or do you work with him? Very cool stuff

Family business. He's owned the place for 30 years. He came to America because the only older Japanese restaurant in the area imported him here. Unfortunately no one who goes there knows that he was their first sushi chef :dancebanana:
