Well in all the years I've been buying OXM I never got a disc that didn't work, until today. I've tried cleaning it but the system keeps telling me its unreadable. I remember reading about people boiling them, but how exactly am I supposed to do this? how long do I boil it for?

I tend to cook mine in a pre-heated oven on 180/gas mark 6. Serve with ketchup or mustard
