Hello folks,
I wanted to ask you guys about the paint fix options I can do for my Evo X. I looked over the long thread over at Evom though it seemed like a long list of rants and complaints rather than solutions.
I do not have any paint chips/scratches yet on any section of my car other than the bottom or underside of the sidesill extensions. I guess this is a good thing since the '10 models had further extensions, thus preventing more scratches on the rear doors and panels.
Still, I'd like to ask what you guys would recommend I do. There are many paint scratches ranging from 1 in to 3 inch all on the underside of the skirts so really it's not an issue unless you look directly under the car. However I don't want to wait until all of the paint is completely stripped from that area to take any action.
I'd rather not use mudflaps, so I was wondering if there were any specific paints and applications I could obtain, since I'd rather just 3M tape (or something similar) the bottom of the sidesills after the touchup.
Thanks guys.
