Who makes the turbo?Is it Mitsubishi? or do they out source to Garrett or someone?

I am pretty sure Mitsubishi makes their own turbos. They even outsource them to BMW :)

That's what I thought but someone I know said they doubt it,so I thought I'd ask people that know.
