Wow...some of the people on this list really surprise me. I'm sad that they're dumb.

LOL @ Scientology:

[Scientologists] think alien ghosts infected the planet with negative energy

level 8, the highest level currently available (can only be achieved while on a boat at sea; seriously, we are not making this shit up).

^This shit is ferserious. This is what scientologists actually believe.

FYI - I will generally forbid heavy discussion of religion or politics on this forum (as it tends to get people upset and create drama), but scientology is just silly, and isn't an accredited religion as far as I'm concerned.

# Leah Remini
Connections: According to Remini, she was the first person to have seen Suri Cruise in person, even though she’s never been known to be on even "nodding acquaintance" terms with Tom or Katie. She did not comment about whether Tom Cruise has since eaten the baby.

lol..

Last I checked Canada and Germany insist that it is not a religion (and rightfully so).

If any of you haven't seen the South Park episode on Scientology it's very much worth seeing. It's informative and hilarious.. like they remind you throughout the episode, they don't make that shit up.. they really are that batshit insane!

Ditto for me. It was completely fabricated 50 years ago by some wahoo (Ron L) and has no basis on anything historical. That's the only reason I have no problem openly mocking it on this board.

I've gotta download that episode.

There were a few people in that list that really let me down. Jason Lee was one of them. However, it doesn't seem like he's really too involved, which is a good sign, at least.

Jedi probably has a better basis than scientology.

But I know what you're referring to...in the Census in England, a million people put "Jedi" as a religion as a joke just so that it became a recognized religion.
