I took a two hour trip over the weekend to New Shine Detailing in Portland, Oregon. I had an appointment to just do the exterior. I am more than happy with the results and recommend him to anyone in the area.

Thank you to Thomas for his top notch work and excellent customer service. He really loves his job and took the time to explain all the chemicals/compound he would be using. He is also sending me a list of waxes he recommends along with instructions on maintenance.

Heres a link w/detailers explanation

Thomas worked on it all day for 7hrs. It was a must, I made the mistake of taking it to a touchless car wash and it did a number on the paint.

That thing looks TERRIFIC!!!!!! Was the touchless wash truly touchless? meaning nothing but water and soap touched car, or was it the kind with brushes and fabric pieces???

Yeah it was a true touchless, no brushes/fabric. They must have had there jet settings on DESTROY or something because as you can see from the pics it left marks all over my doors.

I've been going to a local touchless carwash near my house with no issues, but one day i was driving past a different one and had the bright idea of testing it out. :wallbash:
