I just installed the new stage 2 map (106) and my idle is much higher than usual around 1000-1500 rpm. Anyone else have this problem.

yeah talk to cobb or email them, they send me a new program but i havent test it out yet. I drove my car for 2 days and now is fine doesnt idle as much, however if i change it to another stage the problem comes back and i have to wait.

I have the high idle with my GSR when the AC is on. There is a thread open on the Cobb forums, so they know there is an issue. Hopefully a fix will be in place soon.

Yeah don't use their 1.06 for now. Something is wrong and they are well aware! A fix should be out soon!

That sounds like they had an issue they couldn't spend any more time resolving and masked it with high idle.

If you like the way it drives its okay. The car doesn't really care where it idles at, as long as is high enough to make oil pressure.

No, the issue is that the 1.06 maps are considerably richer. And this is making it idle higher, along with other issues.

And I should mention, when you compare a 1.05 and 1.06 map, all tables are identical, so the broke something that we can't edit.

i have 1.06 and i idle at 730rpm. check your specs out on APT and see if its set wrong? i havent had an issue or my buddy who just got his last week. but then again maybe its just a few?

You're telling me richer= higher idle? Sorry, I can't agree. Are you trying to say it's so rich they're worried about fouling plugs at idle?

No, I'm saying that they messed something up. Something is making the car run richer everywhere. At idle, at WOT, during open loop. Only closed loop runs ok. I reverted back to 1.05 once I realized the problem.
