Any Mitsu Chassis with Mitsu Motor
PRO TREE will start each race/final
Minimum time of 11.99 must be met during qualifying rounds

Pro Street class
Street tires/drag radials
Full exhaust
Working headlights
Working glass windows
Any power adders
No fuel cells
PRO TREE will start each race/final
Minimum time of 12.99 must be met during qualifying rounds


Mitsubishi Street Class (11.5-12.99 class)

Mitsubishi Street Class (13.0 and up)
Full interior
No cages/roll bars
Full exhaust
Working glass windows
Working headlights
No fuel cells
Street tires only
PRO TREE will start each race/final will be an arms drop race

3 qualifying rounds, fastest 8 will make up the field
The competitor with the quickest elapsed time from the previous round will have lane choice for the following round. All events are run in single-elimination fashion. Red-light false starts will result in automatic disqualification as does crossing the center line. Fields will be made up of the eight quickest competitors from the qualifying rounds. No make-up runs will be permitted for racers that miss their qualifying round. I would really like to go to this, only a 4 hour drive for me, but I loathe driving that far to find 80 or so cars there. Anyone been to this that can contest to the validity of the event being an event?

This is the very first time this event will be held, so there is no real answer to your question.

We are hoping to get a great turnout with people from Houston, Dallas, Houston, and surrounding cities.

This will be an annual event, and hopefully next year we can get more of the "big name" companies to come down here. However, this will greatly depend on the amount of people that show up this year......

Test and Tune will be open all day, any make and model can run in the Test and Tune (Honda, Toyota, Nissan etc).

$15 to spectate
$25 test and tune
$35 to enter a class

Gates will open at 10am Sunday June 20th.

Night meet Saturday June 19th at Biff's Burgers 5pm-10pm.

NIGHT MEET DAY BEFORE EVENT

We want to thank Biff Buzby's Burgers for helping us out with the Texas Mitsubishi Shootout Official Night Meet.

Everybody is welcome to come out!
Ticket stubs will be handed out to people with Mitsubishi's which can be used for a discounted meal at Biff Buzby's Burgers.

Please no ricer burnouts or anything that will get you kicked out, I'm sure there will be a cop there so if you cause any problems you'll be asked to leave.

Time: 5pm-10pm
