Finally got my girl tuned yesterday at Neetronics in Oakville through the Cobb ProTune software (shout out to Andy and Paul for an amazing job and incredible service)...My Mod list are as follows:

TurboTrix Intake
TurboTrix UICP + LICP
Forge BOV
T1R full 3" Turbo-Back exhaust
Cobb AccesssPort
Stock FMIC (for now lol)

After some figuring out and trial and error the boys were able to pull off 340whp/325wtq of a dynojet!

I highly recomend any Evo or Ralliart owners to give them a shout if your looking for a tune in the GTA area!!!

Maaaan, i would have waited until Jon from HB_Speed returns to town.

91 and 94 octane tune, same mods as you.

Put it this way, after countless hours of research unless HB_Speed approves a tuner I wont let them touch my car. I think many here will agree.

Here is one with a FMIC!!! WOWSERS!! :yay:

Lol yup. Jon nailed my 94 map on the first shot. Did another pull, didn't like it and went back to the first map. If it's not tuner by Jon it's not tuned right lol.

You guys are ignoring the fact that the numbers from Neetronics are in SAE correction and the dyno chart you posted from HB_speed are in STD correction. In general STD numbers are 4% higher than SAE correction.

So let's do some math.

Got Boost - 339.80 WHP and 325.2 WTQ - SAE Corrected
Now add 4% to these for STD Correction and you get 353.39 WHP and 338.21 WTQ

HB_Speed Chart Posted - 352.3 WHP and 345.89 WTQ

So your comments about the Neetronics tuned really are totally off. Neetronics looks like they did a great job on the tune as always and are highly recommended for anyone in Ontario looking for a tune.

GotBoost? - What is your peak boost reading for these numbers?

I'm pretty sure HP_Speed had some trial and error the very first Evo 10 they did...The guys at Neetronics were not trying to break any HP records as some tuners try to do...They told me they will tune the car properly so it runs good and safe...I couldn't be happier...Plus they are a 20minute drive if anything goes wrong. not a "wait til HP_Speed comes back to figure out whats wrong"...I guess to each there own, i'm happy with the job they did, keeping in mind it's a daily driver (winter included) and requested they keep everything on the safe side

My boost peak was 24psi I think and tapers off to 16or17psi...ran the car a little on the rich side a bit as per my request (11.6 on my AEM A/F) because of my all season daily driving.

I'm also gonna give neetronics a try. They are very well know in ontario, and a ton of tunes under their belt. This being their first evo doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing. HBspeed is an amazing tuner and i wish he was available here. But you can't go wrong with neetronics. They price is also very reasonable for a tune.

I think the thing that worried people was the "error" part, just bad wording I think. Neetronics knows what there doing but being the first Evo X they tuned with the ProTuner software they aren't going to just jump in and pump of the boost. From talking with Andy about your tune he was very happy and there is room for error, he said your peak was 24psi so you made that same HP with STD correction as the HB_Speed chart above with 4 psi less peak boost.

Let me know when your around Tim, would love to go for a spin in the Evo now.

Ya, I was very impressed with the result...My belief is that you should shop around and talk to people that have been to whereever you decide and make the decision based on what you feel is the best direction for you.

I am always around for spin man, give me a shout!
