Well there are a TON of other performance cars in Austin that are not Evos. I'm thinking I might want to get to know some other drivers in Austin... I know some people with Mazdaspeed 3/Subie/Mazdaspeed6/Caddilac CTS-V

So can I get more info on the tuning classes? Who will be the primary tuner at this location? I'm assuming you guys will do other stuff there as well such as installations? Would the be a way I could get some stuff done on that day and kill two birds with one stone?

Hey Excalibur,

Lance who is currently one of the calibrators at Surgeline in Portland will be the lead calibrator in Austin.

However, dyno tuning is still yet not being offered to the public and installations of parts will be directed to our facilities in Plano.

As far as the day of, I believe Christian, Tim, Calvin or Lance, will probably just be going over the fundamentals of tuning and doing some Q&A.

This facility will be primarily engineering, production of parts, calibrations, warehousing, and human resources. Public retail offerings will be pretty much purchasing of parts without installation and eventually tuning for the public.

So can I get more info on the tuning classes? Who will be the primary tuner at this location? I'm assuming you guys will do other stuff there as well such as installations? Would the be a way I could get some stuff done on that day and kill two birds with one stone?

So my tuner said there's no good place in San Antonio to dyno...I take it COBB in Austin is the closest?

Currently we're not operating the dyno in Austin for public use. That should change in the near future, but for now we'd recommend you going to our facility in Plano for tuning.

They actually do most of the research and development for the EVO X maps and modifications there anyway!
