: Consuming Raw Eggs..

I don't believe Rocky films or Rambo films :) but thing is I want to tone down and having problems getting there.. Im on a crash diet right now.. no carbs just protein.. .. but i'll consider all of your suggestions and input thanks

Its alot quicker and easier to do em raw.i actually cooked mine this morning for a change. I diet more like a bodybuilder and lift like one too

doing the wheat and brown rice.... and yes I suppose if I add those in my regimen i won't be able leave the Bathroom for hours..

Hey, if you can handle them straight like that, more power to ya. I just used them to add some extra boost to my shakes. Apparently your body can absorb the protein from an egg better than it can from the powder.
Try "eggology" 100% eggwhites they are naturally sweet. I saw this on TV its either discovery channel or history channel.

Biggs85 07-21-2010, 08:11 PM skyflakes-i get a large box of them from walmart.i believe its 2.5 dozen.best bang for your buck.last me a good 6 days since i do consume a good amount.i have the eggs with a bowl of kashi high protein cereal and an apple in the morning and thats breakfast.as for organic if you want to go that route if you better about then go for it.probably a little more expensive tho.i find normal eggs are just fine.but go with large eggs.6 grams of protein per whole egg and 4 grams of protein per white.theres 6 grams of fat per yolk.thats why i do one full egg and the rest white.

ya wenever u get a chance check out that kashi.i believe its called go lean,the one with 13 grams of protein.and they have others that r pretty high in protein too.go lean crunch has berries in it and it has 9 grams of protein per serving.as for ur protein powder make sure u get one with low or now sugar.no need for that shit.optimum nutrition is as pretty good brand and they have tons of flavors.if u want i can tell u a site for a good deal on it.

Im Married with 2 yeard old daughter... I was in the Marines aswell.. d/c 2005.. ne how.. If you want to loose pounds.. eating eggs won't do it alone hehehe.. I did to get max protein.... but many will tell you there MANY ways to ingest/intake protein in it's somewhat purest form.. i do a lot of cardio.. like the marine corps pt... modified ofcourse.. im trying to lean out.. and im happy with my current weight.. which is 10 pounds away from my cutoff..

calc. ldl is 108.0
pretty happy with those results..big difference from 2 months ago...

anything raw is dangerous.....esp eggs. Go with some protein powder or chicken,fish.
