2010 Mitsubishi Ralliart Users:
Please contact COBB Tuning before proceeding with the installation of the AccessPORT on any 2010 Ralliart. The current maps available on the AccessPORT and hosted on our website can potentially render your vehicle inoperable.
Revised maps are available by emailing COBB Tuning at calibration@cobbtuning.com or by calling our customer service line at 801-713-003.
Once maps have been downloaded, you can load these maps on to your AccessPORT using AccessPORT Manager (http://www.accessecu.com/support/AP-Mgr-Setup.exe).
This bulletin only affects 2010 Ralliarts, 2009 vehicles are unaffected.
If you have already installed the AccessPORT and are experiencing issues, uninstallation should return the car to normal operation until revised maps can be obtained.
We apologize for any inconvenience and urge all users to call or email if there any remaining questions or concerns.
