Are there any Cobb OTS maps that would work with this setup?

91 Octane
Perrin Panel Filter
Perrin Turbo Inlet Hose
Perrin TBE
Perrin FMIC

I'm going to be running Perrin's "stage 3" map for 93 octane until my buddy tunes my car, but I quickly realized after ordering my FMIC that I'll be kind of screwed if I visit my brother just outside of Bangor, ME. He's about 190 miles from the nearest 93 octane pump, and I don't think I could stretch my tank to 380 Miles with even the most non-aggressive driving. Looking for options. I'm hoping a Cobb stage 2 91 octane map would be safe.

What type of tests/monitoring will I need to do to make sure it's safe?

Make sure after driving for a while that LTFT are +/- 5%. Make sure knock is not greater than 1.05. Done.
