I doubt we'll have it before the X...it sounds like we'll "see" the production model by the end of the year, in the same way we'll "see" the production X next month or so.

Either way, great post, man! I really like the look. The silver works for me, and I'm kind of feeling the wingless look.

BTW, is it just me, or does this "KGP Photography" guy seem to be all over these lancers?

Same here in Aust. it'll arrive after the Evo model.

I agree with 'feeling the wingless look' all these new Lancers look good with a clean boot - I'll bet even the Evo will look good without it's boot spoiler, I know it 'probably' serves a function to a greater or lesser extent, but I'm sure it wouldn't suffer either if it's removed ???

There are quite a number of both Wrxs and Evos running around here without the massive boot spoilers and they look good :)

Generally it will suffer without the wing, but it's not the end of the world. The ass end will just be a bit lighter.

Yes true, at higher speeds they provide some down force and added traction :)

Also I think you'd want to leave it on, just to show that it's an Evo :)

I'll have to wait until I see wind tunnel results for the X. If I can find a nicer looking spoiler that matches or bests what the stocker does for downforce, I'll get on it.

Good idea :)

But some of those race style neat looking aftermarket spoilers are very expensive, still I think if you get an Evo 10, it's definitely worth it :)

I think STi and Evos look wierd without spoilers :P

i used to think the same about the wings on the evo's and sti that they look weird. but after awhile. if you can balance out a nice and clean kit without a wing. it works as well. but if you have the wing. it kind of helps balance out the backend from all angles.

I guess if the ralliart is the same lancer sedan body I won't be getting it either. I just looked at the trunk space on the lancer and I think I need more flexible space than it has available.

Ummm....

Well it's good alternative to the Evo. But I prefer Evo than Lancer

for space you would have to rock the evo wagon.

That Ralliart looks off balance to me. The wheels are too small, and I don't like that front grill piece.

maybe its just the picture then, the angle makes the wheels look tiny compared to the body.
My Cobalt has 18's and you can tell cause they look huge.
