I just installed an HID conversion kit for my headlights and when i turn them on they click for about 2 seconds then turn on. for example, it sounds like a stove when you're turning the burners on right before it flames. it's different from the humming noise. I check all the wires and everything seems to be connected right. It's all plug and play into thefactory harness. any advice? is this normal?

where do you buy a hid kit?

When i installed HIDs on my SRT, they came on immediately and never had that sounds. That doesn't sound right...thats like 25k volts arching somewhere.

This seem to be a command thing no matter what hid kit you buy.
I think there is way around this, but i dont remember forsure.
