Looks like the flex but is it forced like the flex or is it like the PC and free spinning. My wife is starting to help me around the show with some cars and with her b-day coming up id like to put a little kit together for her so far im ordering the following for her

Chemical guys p40 pro polish, Swirl and scratch remover, lazer buff, paint correction number 2, maxi sudsII, citrus wash (no gloss) wet mirror finish, butter wet wax, Jet Seal, M-seal, and a slightly used PC that i already had and stopped because the flex is 20x better IMO. I thought about getting some micro fiber rags but we have so many doesnt seem worth it. Anything else i should add on here? I have over 100 products easy to do cars but im just putting a list that i use the most for her so she can do her own cars and make a flat rate Vs. hourly helping me. Yea Yea Yea i know shes the wife and yada yada yada but hey i didnt grow up with a free lunch and its a business so shes gotta work for me or get a job lol.

no, griots garage RO is just like PC7424xp, but it has more powerfull motor but speed is little lower then XP. but im sure speed makes up for it, only flex that i know of has forced rotation, possibly makita 6040 (which has switch from random orbit to rotary)

more powerful then the pc but slower speed? so it cuts slower?

my mistake, actualy listed speed is up to 6800opm which is same as 7424xp. PC7424 (not XP) which has only 3.7 amp motor comparing to 7 amp in griots, PC7424xp has 4.5 amp motor and its great improvement from nonXP model, having used both i can tell the difference. griots also comes with lifetime warranty, if i had a choice i would go with griots. also handle that comes with it is gives you more control over buffer then side handles that come with porter cable

on side note, if you find older buffer cheaper somewhere else like ebay, try not to get pc7424, instead try to get meguairs G100 which is same thing as pc7424 but improved design does make difference, vibration from it is a lot less then from 7424

PC7424 3.7 amp motor 2500-6000opm
Meguiars G100 - 3.7amp motor 2500-6000opm but less vibration from buffer to hand then PC7424
PC7424XP - 4.5amp motor 2000-6800opm
Meguairs G110 4.2amp motor 2560-6700OPM
Meguairs G110V2 4.2amp motor 1800-6800opm (quieter and less vibration then PC7424xp
Flex XC 3401 - 7.5amp 3200-9600opm (forced rotation random orbit, only one out of all those that has forced rotation which means it will rotate no matter what, on other once you can press on polisher hard enough that it will still vibrate but will pad will stop rotating.

Griots Garage 6" - 7 amp motor 2500-6800opm

flex is definitely most powerfull out of all them but problem is its almost not possible to use 4" pads with it because of that "skirt" around backing plate

hope this helps.
