Just wanted to take a moment to comment on rexpeed's (Derek) customer service.
Quick background: Ordered a Type F front splitter and carbon fiber trunk lip spoiler a few weeks ago. They arrived in separate packages, the trunk lip spoiler arrived with no problems and fit great:rock:
The Type F front splitter however was badly cracked when it arrived. :( I contacted Derek to inform him that I received a damaged product and that I would like a refund, but would gladly pay for shipping costs to return the item.
With no questions asked Derek had a full refund issued to me the same day. :godance:
For those of you who have considered doing business with rexpeed, let me assure you that they stand behind their customers 100 %!
