KickAss 10-19-2010, 01:50 PM look up DG Motors, however, they've been temporarily banned for some reason here. I think they're the closest to you.
A little south, and you have Sean Ivey in Linden, NJ. You CANNOT go wrong with this option though.
Jeremy@SSP 10-19-2010, 01:51 PM maybe check to see how far Ivey tune is from you. They do good work.
Kooldino 10-19-2010, 01:51 PM DG motors is the fail.
mlomker 10-19-2010, 01:53 PM DG does have experience doing Evo IX clutch master upgrades, though...they were one of the first to offer it.
KickAss 10-19-2010, 02:17 PM DG motors is the fail.
What happened? Is it about the alleged "World Records" he was holding?

I wonder if it still makes sense though since the Magnus adapter option has been out.
hotdog 10-19-2010, 02:18 PM He was banned for basically acting like a vendor, advertising his products and services... all while not being a vendor.
That's the OFFICIAL reason he was banned.
The unofficial reason? Well, shit son, just go look at 95% of his posts.

I must be missing something.....what am I looking for?
OP, Sorry about going off-topic, but you should really check with IVEY.
hotdog 10-19-2010, 02:29 PM If you act like a douche nozzle and make odd, incredibly specific claims about being "the best" while not actually being "the best" all while pretending to be a vendor, the probability of being banned for any breach of protocol goes substantially up.

That's what I thought...so it was his "world records" and vendor-like statements.

My point is that they could probably handle installing a CMC and bleeding the setup. Not sure how far the OP is from Ivey but there's a limit to how far I'd drive for a simple job like that. My builder/tuner is a 45min drive and it's worth it when I need something difficult done.

True...Ivey is probably about 30 minutes from his location, I don't think it'd be an issue in his case.

That'd be worth it...looks like Ivey has a nice shop, from the photos that I've seen.
I actually am curious how DG's personal car is coming along. He was about to install a Weldon pump and I'd like to hear about it.
ZeroEvoX 10-19-2010, 10:49 PM thanks guys , i spoke to someone at ivey today they said 650 for labor plus 60 in fluid, now i just need to decide on a clutch. thanks for your help
ice1874193 04-25-2012, 09:00 PM old thread but i'm in upstate ny too and i've been down to ivey for a tune. Don't want to make a 4 hour drive to get a clutch done but everyone here is 11 hour install...
Malves85 04-25-2012, 09:29 PM Check out STM. I think they are upstate NY. I see them post on evom so you can PM someone there. I'm pretty sure they do clutch jobs but if not they should know someone local who does.
Also check out nyspeed.com. Its a general car forum for the NY folk so you may also find a place there.
