Headlights = 6000K, 9006.
Fog lights = 8000K, H11.

Camara makes the headlights look a little purple.

i was thinking the same thing

i think you need Bixenon lights for the headlight setup. Which these aren't so i'll be leaving them on full time or pull the DRL fuse out.

I think the fogs and lights look good. Are they real blue in person? Because any kind of Blue lights are cop attention getters. Especially if they are overly bright, which yours look :(

the headlights dont looks blue in person and aim to the ground pretty good. The fog lights are more bluish but aim way more towards the ground. i guess we'll see lol. i'll turn of the fogs when i see a cop.

haha, yeah i installed LED fog bulbs, and they are BRIGHT and look straight up blue, even in the sunlight! :rock:Ill take pics when i can

Easy, took me 5 mins for the headlights and 15 mins for the fogs. Just because of all those damn plastic clips!

Only bulb replacements, didnt do the HID conversion yet until I figure out the DRL issue

I recommend LED dimple lights in red/white/match your fogs, so the dimples will be on at the same time as your fogs when you want, that'd be a nice touch. Here's what I mean:

Those cars in the pic are not mine; I don't know how people would do that with special wiring, but it's possible.

looks sweet...ive got the 8000k on my headlights...gotta do the fogs now, cant stand ridin without em...was thinkin about the led lights for em though....whats ur opinion on that...

that seems like a lot of glare/flood, hope you dont blind nobody and make them crash o.O

i know that :p but those aren't factory projectors, i think the OP said they were 9006 bulbs...which means his is the non SSS.

You need a DRL "killer". There's a thread on here, a How To for disabling DRL's for non SSS cars.

If not, you need to power on your low beams to avoid the flickering.

stock HID is 4300k

dont get 8k's they suck in comparison to 4300's and 6k's. the higher in kelvin you go the less the light actually casts or gets projected but inversely they are brighter, just for a short distance.

The higher the Kelvin temperature, the lower the overall light output and the more blue/purple the light becomes.

Highest light output - 4300K - Pure white
↓ _________________5000K - Pure white with a hint of blue
↓ _________________6000K - Blueish white
↓ _________________8000K - Deeper blue
Lowest light output - 10000K and above - Deep blue, more purple.
