Hi, i got a MR 2010, with ARC intake and a stock tune, and run in 3rd gear in Virtual Dyno, and got 330hp/309whp, and my question is, is this possible with barely 91oct pump gas??

cheers

Depends on the dyno. ;)

If you had it professionally tuned why not have it dynoed/dyno tuned?

It honestly sounds unlikely. Try getting on an actual dyno near you if there is one.

It's not a piece of shit per say, it's just a normal intake that happens to be incredibly expensive.

I am not an excellent lover; I only last 30 seconds, I cry at the end, and I suck at foreplay. I am average. However, if I charged 800 dollars for sex, you might be well within your rights to call me the biggest piece of shit on the market.

The ARC intake is like having sex with me; normal performance for an incredible price.

As for your results, they're completely and totally worthless without a baseline of your old tune. We also don't know how you had VDR configured. Going by other people's VDR results with mods that we've seen "Real" dynos of, that sounds high.

If I were you, I'd flash it back to stock, put the old intake back in, and get a true baseline. You're so close to stock now, that doing this would be an incredibly simple way to track your progress through time.

well, here we don't have AWD Dyno only FWD or RWD, about the ARC intake, if it is a piece of shit or not, I love the look.

It was tuned by a professional Tuner, I already order an FMIC Buschur, upper pipe and lower pipe, and a methanol kit with stock turbo, and I wonder how much whp will I gain (I know it depends on the tune) but I want to have an Idea.

I got 742hp / 523tq in virtual dyno on my stock 08 x GSR. The road might have had a 'slight' slope to it ;)

330whp sounds a little hit but at one point i had a baseline of 240whp w/ a K&N drop in filter and a UR hot pipe. After Tuning MASE got it to 312whp/316wtq. ( GSR )

Virtual Dynos are prone to lots of variables. I am used to make pulls in a sector without too much traffic (dont have much over here). Most wont say it is inclined, but that sector is. I ve got 50hp differences when pulling in different directions (up-hill, then downhill).

Dynos should be used for tuning and self-compare purposes. They are not fully suitable for taking absolute numbers. Virtual Dynos even more.

I was tuning my car and the virtual dyno said i hit 399 whp. I have a test pipe and a drop-in at 27 psi. i thought virtual dyno's were just as good as real dynos? haha j/k

those numbers seem a bit high, as have some of mine on the VD.

After I installed my turboback i did a stock run of 290,then installed stage 2 map and hit 320. Just recently I installed the cobb sf intake and a AMS front mount and Got 367. These were all 3rd gear pulls on a flat run near my house. I think the VD is a good feeler for what kind of power you are making but dont get overly excited about it. If im within 25hp of the number i made on an actual dyno I would be happy
