It was pretty cold on Saturday the 30th but we had a great time. NASA does a nice job with these events with a big turn out. A crowd is nice though they ran the TT groups with HPDE 4 and so traffic was an issue for all sessions. I'm making excuses mostly, but shouldn't, as I took 2nd for TTS running about a 1:30.

I ran some new Goodyear Eagle RS tires, which were interesting. I'll post up soon my thoughts on these compared to Hankook Z214s.

EFI Logics in Bethel (CT) sets up the car and, for my tire and weight combo, I was able to run their full tune for this event (Chris has prepared a few sweet tunes for the car, this one is 405hp/365tq on a mustang). Joe and I had discussed rotor and pad combinations and so was trying some new Raybestos ST47 pads. They are (almost painfully) damn good pads.

It was a good event and I'm pleased with the 2nd place finish though the car is capable of much faster, and so am looking forward to next year's event.

Here's a little video I created from the event - I'm not too good at these yet and am playing with adding music and such. Don't tease me.
